Our story

Hope Tree Family Services is a mental health clinic in Pocatello, Idaho. Since 2002, we have served the Pocatello, Blackfoot and Idaho Falls communities with comprehensive, compassionate, evidence-based care for individuals and families.

Our team offers counseling, case management, community-based rehabilitation services (CBRS), peer support and family support, tailored to adults, couples, families, adolescents and children. We use a collaborative, integrated care model, and we have 34 people on staff working across Southeast Idaho.
