Individual, couples and family therapy with licensed clinicians — for grief, anxiety, depression, trauma, addiction and more.
Hope Tree’s counselors help individuals and families work through loss, depression, anxiety, addiction, trauma and other serious mental health struggles.
One-on-one therapy with a licensed, qualified counselor addresses ongoing struggles and unhelpful thinking patterns. It gives you a confidential space to work through sensitive matters like grief, anxiety, depression and phobias. If you’re facing an emergency — including domestic abuse, assault or thoughts of suicide — crisis intervention is available, along with referrals to additional support when you need it.
You, your partner and a licensed counselor work together to improve communication, resolve conflict and strengthen your relationship.
Family members attend sessions together with a licensed counselor to work through emotional difficulties and build coping strategies as a family. This can help when a person’s struggles are rooted in close relationships, especially with family. Conditions like alcoholism affect the whole family system, and family counseling can help everyone move forward together.
