Terms of Use
The terms that apply when you use this website.
Last updated: July 28, 2026
These Terms of Use govern your use of the website at hopetreeofidaho.com (the “Site”), operated by Hope Tree Family Services (“we,” “us,” or “our”). By using the Site, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Site.
The Site is not for emergencies. Nothing here is monitored around the clock. If you are in crisis, call or text 988 to reach the Suicide & Crisis Lifeline, call our after-hours line at (208) 339-4673 if you are an existing client, or call 911 if there is immediate danger.
Information only, not medical advice
The content on this Site is general information about our practice and the services we offer. It is not medical, psychological, or clinical advice, it is not a diagnosis, and it is not a substitute for care from a qualified professional who knows your situation. Never disregard professional advice, or delay seeking it, because of something you have read here.
No clinician–client relationship
Browsing the Site, reading its content, or sending a callback request does not create a therapist–client, counselor–client, or any other professional relationship between you and Hope Tree Family Services. That relationship begins only once we have agreed to provide services to you and you have completed our intake process.
Contacting us through the Site
The callback request form is for scheduling enquiries only. It is not a secure or encrypted channel, and you should not use it to send health information. See our Privacy Policy for how we handle what you send. We cannot guarantee that a message sent through the Site will be received or read within any particular timeframe.
No guarantees of outcome
We do not promise or guarantee any particular result from any service described on this Site. Individual experiences differ. Client comments shown on the Site are the personal views of the people who gave them, and are not a prediction of what anyone else will experience.
Accuracy and availability
We work to keep the Site accurate and current, but we do not warrant that it is complete, up to date, or error free. Services, staff, and hours may change. We may modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the Site at any time without notice.
Acceptable use
You agree not to use the Site unlawfully; not to attempt to gain unauthorized access to it or to any system connected to it; not to interfere with its normal operation; not to use automated tools to scrape or overload it; and not to submit anything false, abusive, or infringing through the form.
Intellectual property
The content on this Site, including text, layout, graphics, photographs, and the Hope Tree Family Services name and logo, is owned by us or used with permission, and is protected by applicable law. You may view and print pages for your own personal, non-commercial use. You may not otherwise copy, republish, or redistribute the content without our written permission.
Third-party links
The Site links to third-party resources, including a map provider and the 988 Suicide & Crisis Lifeline. We provide those links for convenience. We do not control those services and are not responsible for their content, availability, or practices.
Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, the Site is provided “as is” and “as available,” without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, or special damages arising from your use of, or inability to use, the Site. Nothing in these terms limits any liability that cannot be limited under applicable law, and nothing here limits our professional responsibilities to the clients we actually serve.
Governing law
These Terms of Use are governed by the laws of the State of Idaho, without regard to its conflict of law rules. Any dispute relating to the Site will be brought in the state or federal courts located in Idaho.
Changes to these terms
We may update these Terms of Use from time to time. When we do, we will change the “Last updated” date at the top of this page. Continuing to use the Site after a change means you accept the updated terms.
